3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund using your chosen method (GCash, bank transfer, or reversal for COD orders). Refunds are typically completed within 3-5 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Personal care items (e.g., fragrances, masks, beauty products)
- Gift vouchers
- Final sale and clearance items
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
